Founded in 2024 by Tamba Abdulai, a youth leader and Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange & Study (YES) alumnus, TAF works directly with families in Kono District to make sure poverty, early marriage, and cultural barriers no longer decide a child's future.

Scholarships, uniforms, shoes, backpacks, and solar study lights — plus mentorship and school furniture to build safe, supportive learning spaces.

Menstrual hygiene, nutrition, and adolescent health training — plus school toilets and awareness sessions on Sierra Leone's law banning early marriage.

Repairing hand pumps and wells, and building girl-friendly toilet blocks so no child loses school time to water collection or poor sanitation.

Full school packages across 25 communities in Kono District — uniforms, shoes, backpacks, learning materials, solar lights, and tuition.
A 3-room toilet block built
Constructed at Ansaru Islamic Secondary School, improving sanitation, safety, and dignity for hundreds of pupils.
100 desks & benches donated
Delivered to three primary schools, on top of the 30 furnished earlier at K.D.E.C. Primary School, Gbukuma.
75 youths trained in digital literacy
Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and safe internet use — funded by the YES Alumni Grant, U.S. Department of State.
